Beautiful family and such fun! This session was a wet one after all the rain but these four battled through the swampy grass and were up for anything. I just love this first image and how little Ryan is pulling on his mommy’s hair… it’s a perfect reflection of being 2.

curly
Okay, seriously… look at that amazing curly hair! This little guy was on the move throughout our session but when he would look my way he gave me the most captivating expressions. I just can’t stop staring at this first image… it melts my heart.
Happy Memorial Day
Happy Memorial Day to all! I thought I would share some family pics today. Yesterday we enjoyed the hot weather by playing around in the water and making goofy faces. Brandon is my most difficult subject to photograph because he knows all of my tricks and never falls for them anymore. Plus, he is Mr. Independent and never wants to listen!
friends
It is always so wonderful to photography your friend’s children. I not only get to do what I love but I get to see great people at the same time! These two boys made things so easy for me… they would smile every time the camera came out and gave me so much variety. Tony & Becky… it was so great to see you both again and we need to… Keep Reading
baby e
Baby e was put through it all during this session. She did an amazing job despite a minor tumble out of my basket. I just love her parents and had a wonderful time photographing their beautiful baby girl. These images are full of color and we managed to capture some great shots while battling all the ticks. Thanks C & K… you guys are great!
baby #2

However, throughout my photography journey I have learned that documenting life’s precious moments is far more important than my insecurities and hang-ups. So, here I am and proudly displaying my belly bump at 21 weeks. My husband and I are so excited for this new addition and… Keep Reading
look who’s 1
When I first photographed little T he was in his mommy’s belly. Then I had the pleasure of photographing him again as a newborn and 6 months. Now… he is the big 1! I love seeing how much growth takes place that first year and watching their little personalities develop. This is such a fun age!
this is the life
What an amazing session! My favorite bald headed little guy returns for his 1-year portraits and he sure did put on a show for me. There are just way to many that I love which makes narrowing down his proofs difficult. Spring has sprung and the color shows in these shots!
alive
One of my favorite little guys is back and this time I got to meet his big sister! When I look through the images from this session I feel so full of energy and life. The color of spring is bursting through and you can just feel the warmth! How you you not smile huge when looking at these adorable faces?
