I wish so badly you could all hear how Charlie says the word, “jammies.” As his mom, I think it is the cutest word he speaks in his limited vocabulary. When he says “jammies” his little face lightens up and a big smile inches across it. I can tell that a simple thing like “jammies” warms his heart and makes him feel happy. So, a small series of “jammies” photos inspired by Charlie. These are my… Keep Reading
my 28mm.
This weekend I grab an old lens out of my camera bag and decided to play around with the boys. I rarely ever use this lens but every once in awhile it does become necessary. When shot up close it will distort your subject… which is what my goal was while capturing these interaction shots. The effect is fun and makes for some silly real life shots.
pure sweetness.
There is nothing more rewarding than returning clients… especially when I a new family member comes into the world. Ms. L was pure sweetness to photograph. She was not quite sure she wanted to give up her pacifier but through enough rocking and shhhing sounds she let it go. I just adore her.
early.
We had big intentions to photograph this little guy while in his mommy’s tummy but little N had different plans and decided to come early. He wasn’t quite sure about our session… being naked and all squishy was not his favorite pose so we worked quickly and then grabbed some soft comfy wraps for the rest of our time together.
their bond.
This little lady just makes me smile… a full head of beautiful black hair, gorgeous dark eyes and pure cuteness all around. 3 months old is such a wonderful stage to capture that beautiful bond between mom and dad.
NEW WEBSITE.
Very excited to launch my new website. Larger images, fresh faces, lots of color and fun music. Hope you take some time to look around. https://www.amanadafishphotography.com/
flawless.
This little darling is just absolutely beautiful. Flawless skin, perfect tiny features and super sweet.
in love.
I loved everything about this session… a beautiful new baby girl, reconnecting with friends, and capturing that precious bond between mother and child.
snow, snow go away.
Like everyone else… we are SO tired of all this snow! Brandon can still find some joy in it all but even he said, “Mom, I just want it to be summer!” Me too, buddy. Charlie stayed nice and warm with mom inside.
henry.
Baby Henry was amazing for me during our session. When I arrived he was wide awake which gave us a chance to capture his beautiful eyes. But, after a quick feeding he was out for the remainder of our time together! While going through his images there were so many that made me smile. He is absolutely breath taking and I just love his name!
perfectness.
Just look at all that perfectness! At 5 weeks, this little man wanted to run the show so we let him take the lead and pose how he was most comfortable. He did a great job and is just a bundle of cuteness.
the hat.
My wonderful sister gave me this awesome new hat for my prop collection! LOVE IT! Charlie was so kind in letting me test it out yesterday.
