Catching up on my blogging… so many to post! It’s such an honor when another photographer chooses me to photograph their family! As photographers, we often get such wonderful pictures of our children but forget to schedule our own family sessions! Hopefully, this family cherishes these images like the many families they have photographed cherish theirs.
brett. [omaha, ne senior photographer]
Photographing Brett was so much fun! Senior sessions are a blast and I find that not only do I have a great time with the senior but, I enjoy my conversations and jokes with the parents just as much. The things we said to make Brett laugh and get those genuine smile are still cracking me up!
their kiss. [omaha, ne family photographer]
I cannot express in words how much emotion I feel when looking at this image. I LOVE every part of it!!! As a photographer, as a woman, and as a human being who loves so deeply… I will never forget this moment. Through our cheers of encouragment, I could feel his shyness of expressing his affection release. This mischevious smile beamed across his face as he leaned over to pull his wife… Keep Reading
smiles. [omaha, ne newborn photographer]
This little guy had SO many smiles for me! It’s usually a miracle if I can capture 1 smile during a newborn session. With this sweet pumpkin… I believe we captured at least 4!!!
tradition. [omaha, ne family photographer]
The mosquitoes were out again for us… it’s become a yearly tradition. But, I loved exploring this new location and the kids LOVED showing me one of their favorite spots.
red. [omaha, ne family photographer]
I cannot get over how cute this little man is with his rain boots and adorable red hair! So sad they are moving but I wish them the best of luck to all that lies ahead.
caution – adorable kids below. [omaha, ne newborn photographer]
These two were SO good with their newborn baby brother outside and did a fantastic job with holding him. That is hard work for little kids to hold a new baby in just the right way for pictures. I was impressed with their patience. Plus, look at these three… the are ADORABLE!
way to cute. [omaha, ne family photographer]
When I look at these first two images I think she is saying this: “I don’t know why you have not booked your session with Amanda yet. What are you waiting for?” “I mean, seriously… she rocks!” Ha… she made me laugh and had such spunk! They all did amazing and were so cute to capture.
The N family.
Meet the N family. I wish I could describe in words what a joy I had working with them all. They have had to overcome some obstacles I cannot even imagine after their youngest son, Peter, was born early. His lungs need assistance which means packing up the car for a quick family photo session requires a lot more equipment than just a simple change of clothes. They are used to it and… Keep Reading
summertime.
Wow! What a busy summer so far and it’s only week 2. My boys are MUCH more active this year which tends to put me a little behind when it comes to blogging. Our sweet nanny, Kelsi, started back today so the house is quite and life is much easier. On to this sweet session. These two cuties brought along their Easter dresses for a few shots before wondering around Elmwood to… Keep Reading
waiting for her. [lincoln, ne maternity photographer]
I cannot wait to meet this newborn baby girl. Her momma-to-be looks so cute and they were such a fun couple to photograph.
party of 6. [omaha, ne family photographer]
This group made me smile! I love their summer colors against the beautiful bright green and yellow grass. Ms. Avery loved having her picture taken and her images take my breath away. Mr. Jack and Mr. Ben reminded me of my two boys with their high energy and desire to explore along with a little side wrestling. Then, their is sweet baby Hayden. She made me work for it! Being out… Keep Reading
