You would have thought we were about to see Brad Pitt when we pulled up to our location and saw many spectators out with their cameras staring at the train tracks. Unfortunately, for me it was just a special train passing through… not Brad Pitt. However, it made for an interesting photo session. I learned that one must not get in the way with a teenage train enthusiast who is… Keep Reading
a beautiful sunday morn. [omaha, ne family photographer]
The Old Market in the morning is so peaceful. We could not have asked for a more beautiful Sunday… it was absolutely gorgeous outside. Little Owen had on his serious face for a large portion of our time together. However, what kid doesn’t love being thrown in the air and splashing in some found water? We had fun and I enjoyed photographing this beautiful family.

It was fun to complete a fall senior session. Chloe and the colors surrounding her are gorgeous.
the proposal. [omaha, ne engagement photographer]
Last week, Drew contacted me in hopes that I would be available last night to secretly photograph his proposal to his girlfriend, Nichole. What an honor and I of course said YES without hesitation. For one, Nichole is my beautiful cousin and witnessing such an amazing moment in her life would be a memory I would forever cherish. Thursday evening, Drew and I met downtown to work out the details and… Keep Reading
brett. [omaha, ne senior photographer]
Photographing Brett was so much fun! Senior sessions are a blast and I find that not only do I have a great time with the senior but, I enjoy my conversations and jokes with the parents just as much. The things we said to make Brett laugh and get those genuine smile are still cracking me up!

I cannot get over how cute this little man is with his rain boots and adorable red hair! So sad they are moving but I wish them the best of luck to all that lies ahead.

Happy holidays to you and yours and I wish you all much peace, joy and love! I will be back next year and am looking forward to another amazing year! Remembering 2010:
double heart.

I realized that I am quite the perfectionist so I don’t just put any good or even great photo into my personal favorites. However, I usually know right when I click the shutter button if it’s a possibility. I new the second Q grabbed… Keep Reading

It was fun photographing this sweet family with their new little one. Such a proud big brother too!
cicle of life.
It’s funny how life reconnects you with acquaintances from your past. I went to school with this beautiful momma and funny thing is… our son’s are now going to school together and are in the same class! Who would have ever thought we would touch base with one another again during Kindergarten open house?
