I adored every moment at this family session. A sweet little belly bump, an adorable little man and family love was all around. When combined with a beautiful setting and gorgeous light it felt perfect. So many favorites that I could seriously blog them all… maybe some day I will.

Who knew that while starting off this session we would be stopped for a quick interview by a Channel 3 news crew? Seriously, they should prep you more when it comes to asking questions that could potentially wind up on the air. It’s crazy getting out of the car to photograph a family and realize you graduated with the dad. It’s funny because through our email and transactions prior to the session I didn’t even put his name together. Reconnecting with him after so many years was fun and photographing/meeting his beautiful family was even better!

Meet baby Maddox. He was absolutely amazing during our early morning session last week. I just could not believe how easy he was to move from one prop area to the next. And, let me make sure to give big brother a shout out as well. Sibling shots at this age can be really difficult at times. But, not for proud big brother, Markus. They all ROCKED it!

The Old Market in the morning is so peaceful. We could not have asked for a more beautiful Sunday… it was absolutely gorgeous outside. Little Owen had on his serious face for a large portion of our time together. However, what kid doesn’t love being thrown in the air and splashing in some found water? We had fun and I enjoyed photographing this beautiful family.
