Tap, tap… is this thing on? Olive joined me in the studio yesterday for her newborn session and I enjoyed our snuggles. Big brother, Nicholas, was such a great helper and held her so calmly. I can tell these two will be great buddies and that she will always having someone looking out for her.

Today is a good day! My little sister and brother-in-law were blessed with the birth of their first child, Nora Alice Brandt, last night and I couldn’t be more proud. I cannot wait to meet my new niece. In addition, this post features sweet Emery who recently turned one! It was such an honor to photograph her again and watch her do a little cake smash to celebrate this milestone.

Photographing sweet Finley was such a joy! She had her serious face on for most of our time together but did manage to showcase her smile for at least one shot. With this crazy weather we were able to venture outside for awhile as well. She is absolutely beautiful!

Meet our new sweet neighbor, Wyatt. He is so precious and absolutely perfect! My boys call him their “little buddy” and love holding, petting his little head and kissing him which melts my heart. From the moment his parents moved in behind us we knew we would be lifelong friends. Our connection was immediate, easy and real. I cannot wait to watch him grow…

Drum roll please… it’s time to meet my in-laws. I have been “dating” (if you can call it dating back then) my husband since we were both in 8th grade. So, my in-laws have been a part of my life way longer than the average couple.
