Sweet Gracie and her proud big sister, Charlotte, did such an amazing job for me. I adore this family and photographing them is always such a pleasure.
If all goes according to plan this will be my last newborn session in the home of a client. For the past 7 years I have packed my car, lugged my gear from house to house and set up a mini studio near the best window light I could find. This service is something that I will continue to offer if desired, however, it presents itself with challenges. Sometimes, the light I am seeking is just not available in the homes of my clients. Being that I travel with my gear I am limited to the number of props and set-ups I can bring along since it all won’t fit in my Explorer. With the studio, I am so excited to take my indoor work to that next level. To master the light in this space, use the many props I’ve accumulated over the years and offer both indoor and outdoor looks. I am so grateful for my time spent traveling from house to house. I believe each situation has forced me to really “read the light” and for that I am pleased.
