When I first met Emma, she stepped out of the car and buried her beautiful face and auburn hair into her daddy’s shoulder. She did not know what to think of me. To her, I was a stranger and that made her nervous. Through her shyness I felt us connecting and knew that in just a few minutes we would be instant buddies. We had an amazing time playing and taking pictures all at the same time. When I left from our time together I could feel her sadness. We had bonded and didn’t want our time to end. The next day, I got this amazing email from her mommy that made my heart melt.
“Just wanted to thank you again for last night!!! We had a great time! Emma loved you!!! On the way home and all night, she kept asking about you…what we thought you were doing right then?…if you were going to bed when she was?… It was pretty precious to see her connect with you, since she normally takes such a long time to warm up to “strangers”.
Thanks for making it such a great experience!”
